1.1. Bedaya Stationary (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a physical stationery store and an online e-commerce store selling stationery and accessories in Egypt.

1.2. Our online store is hosted on Shopify, and we deliver products across Egypt.




2. Eligibility


2.1. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.




3. Products & Pricing


3.1. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

3.2. We strive to display accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or prices are error-free.

3.3. Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.




4. Orders & Payment


4.1. Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

4.2. Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods, including cash on delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, and mobile wallets.

4.3. In case of payment failure or suspected fraud, we may cancel the order.




5. Shipping & Delivery


5.1. We deliver across Egypt. Shipping fees are 60 EGP for Cairo & Giza and may vary for other locations.

5.2. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout. Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

5.3. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels due to courier handling.




6. Returns & Refunds


6.1. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6.3. Refunds are processed via the original payment method, or store credit may be offered.

6.4. Return shipping fees may apply unless the issue is due to our error.




7. Store Policies (For Physical Store Purchases)


7.1. Items purchased at our physical store must be checked upon purchase. We do not accept returns unless the item is defective.

7.2. Exchanges may be allowed within 3 days with a receipt and in unused condition.

8.1. All content on our website, including images, logos, and product descriptions, is our property or used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.




9. Limitation of Liability


9.1. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
